Terms & Conditions | Process

  • First 1/2 of payment to be paid before work commences. WIPs will be sent to you for sense-checking. 

  • Second 1/2 of payment to be paid before I send through the final product.

  • No refunds after full payment is made.

  • I have the right to decline commission requests (No hard feelings! In these cases, it's most likely because I don't think I can meet your requests ^^)

  • All payments made through paypal.

  • Static logos will usually be completed within 7 days of payment. Animated ones may take up to 14 days.

  • I will contact you via Twitter or email once you submit a request
